How it works

From reservation to your company

Four steps. We give no deadlines, the registry court decides on the entry.

  1. You pick a company and reserve it

    Click the button next to the company and send a short form. The reservation does not commit you to anything.

  2. non-binding

    We send the documents

    The Business Register extract, the documents for the company and a draft agreement on the transfer of the business share.

  3. We prepare the transfer and the changes

    We prepare changes to the name, registered office, scope of business and the managing director together with the transfer.

  4. You sign and the company is yours

    You sign, the changes are entered and you do business under your own company. We will tell you when exactly you can start acting when we send the offer.

In no hurry?

If you do not need the company immediately, forming a new s.r.o. is usually cheaper and the company is exactly yours from the start. The guide costs you 0 € with us, the court fee of 220 € you pay to the state. Take a look at company formation.

What people ask most often

What exactly is a ready-made company?
A company you can take over and start doing business in right away, because it is already entered in the Business Register and has a company ID. For every company on the list you see the company ID and a link to the Business Register where you can check it yourself.
Can I check the company before I contact you?
Yes. That is how it should be. Every company has its company ID and a link to the Business Register, so you can look it up without us and without leaving us your contact details. A link to Finstat is there too, as an additional source.
What does „+ fees“ mean?
The price next to the company is for the company itself, that is for the business share in it. The fees for authorisation by a lawyer and the notary are paid separately and come to 280 € in total.
What if the company I want is reserved?
Write to us anyway and you go on the waiting list. The reservation is non-binding on both sides, so the company may become free again. We will let you know as soon as that happens. In the meantime we can suggest another one.
What if the list has no company of the kind I am looking for?
At the end of the list there is a „Company on request“ row. Tell us what kind of company you need. We will tell you whether we can get it and for how much.
Can I change the name and the registered office?
Yes. Changes to the name, the registered office, the scope of business and the managing director are a normal part of the transfer and we prepare them together with it.
When is it better to form a new company?
When you are in no hurry. Forming a new s.r.o. is usually cheaper and the company is exactly yours from day one. With a ready-made company you pay for speed.
